I today picked up my 600LT from the boys at Polo. I dealt with Connor from the outset who to be fair to him was extremely patient as it took me near on 6 months to make my mind up.... Connor was more than patient with me, answered the questions I asked and also Liam who dealt with the money side and offered me strong and fair money on my GT4 for part exchange. Genuinely easier to deal with these guys than any main dealer. I dealt with Porsche for my GT4 and it was a shambles compared to these boys. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning. All of the cars I've had to date, none of them have been as easy or genuine as these guys. Thank you!

Bought a lovely new BMW from this dealer. Liam was fantastic pre-sale and after sale too. He picked me and my family up from the car hire company (with our luggage) as we had driven a long way to collect the car and had an overnight stay nearby. The paperwork was ready, when we entered the nice new office. The car was kept safe indoors and under a cover for me to unwrap like it was Christmas! The paperwork was all ready for us, the bank transfer process was easy and he even sorted my car tax, there and then. After sale Liam has answered more questions and seems genuinely pleased that we are delighted with our car. I was always a little dubious about car dealers up until now.
